We were honored C-Span covered our June 14, 2022, author talk at the National World War II Museum. It just aired on C-Span last weekend, on September 17 and 18th, 2022!
In this hour-long talk (with photos), we discussed the life of Marine Major General William Rupertus and his military experience, from his time in the Washington DC National Guard to his role as a commanding officer of the First Marine Division in the Pacific Theater of World War II.
The National World War II Museum in New Orleans, Louisiana, hosted and filmed the event. C-Span was also there to film it. I was told they were there because this history is historically significant.
Indeed, fascinating history. It sure pulled me in.
