Hi, I’m Amy Rupertus Peacock. Activator. Daughter and granddaughter of Marines. I am a wife, mother of two almost grown kids and a fit trainer running form coach.
When I’m not exercising, running, researching or writing, or spending time with our dog, my wonderful kids and husband, I love reading, researching and spreading the word about history, the Marines, life, fitness, wellness and longevity.
